Processing time:
We processes orders between Monday and Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST (business days).
Orders placed after business hours will not be processed until the next business day.
Countries we can ship to:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and all Europe.
The approximate shipping time:
The shipping time is calculated from the time your order is placed.
A business day is Monday through Friday.
- United States & Canada: 7-45 business days.
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-45 business days.
- United Kingdom: 10-45 business days.
- Europe: 10-45 business days.
**Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, DIY Diamonds Painting has the right to dispatch your order with a delay that will not cause exceeding the shipping times above.
*Please note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. accessories, tools, and storage boxes can be sent in different packages in order to avoid canvas damage.
*Please note: priority processing is NOT a fast shipping method, it's just a faster way of processing the orders until it dispatched. the shipping time is identical for each orders.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
